COVID-19 vaccinaitons

COVID-19 vaccinations are now avaialbe to book for eligible patients. Full eligibility criteria can be found here. Our GP Federation is undertaking Covid vaccinations on behalf of the practice from Chertsey Hall (Heriot Road, Chertsey KT16 9DR). Appointments can either be booked online or by telephone by calling 119.
