Wellbeing Walks

The social prescribing team from COCO PCN/Runnymede Borough Council run wellbeing walks throughout the year in conjunction with the hubs at Addlestone Bowls Club, Holme Farm and Gogmore Park youth club. Please join us for some fresh air, a natter and some refreshments.
