CAR PARK - Automatic Number Plate Recognition Management System

Car Park Update – ANPR System in Operation

📅 Starting Monday 3rd March 2025, our car park will be managed using an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.

🔹 How it works:

  • A third-party company, EZEE Park, will monitor the car park 24/7.
  • On arrival for your appointment, you have 15 minutes to park and register your vehicle at the Reception desk.
  • Our Admin Team will remind you to log your car registration upon check-in.

🚗 Forgot to register?
If you attended an appointment but didn’t log your vehicle, please speak to a member of our team as soon as possible—we’re happy to help!

âš  Important Notice:

  • Only patients with appointments may use the car park.
  • Unauthorized parking will result in a £100 penalty notice (the Practice does not receive any of these fees).
  • It you receive a penalty notice and you want to raise an appeal, you must contact EZEE Park directly (contact details will be on your penalty notice).  We cannot deal with appeals at the Practice.
